My Raptor 150 started blowing fuses last fall. I pulled the bottom plate off and inspected the gerotor assebly. Nothing obvious. Put it back together, tried it again, still blew a fuse. So I contacted Airdog, they sent me a brand new one. I havent put the new one in yet, just hardwired my pump to a relay in my fusebox so when I turn the key the pump is running. Still putting out good pressure so Ive just left it.
