hot unlock code wont work.

i ordered the hot code but when i enter it it says incorrect code anyone ever had this happen?
i emailed edge but i probably wont hear from them until monday.

I've never had that happen. Which Edge do you have? Old style, or CS/CTS. If you have the newer style, you could try updating it on a computer while you wait for a reply from Edge.

its a cs thats exactly what im gonna do today already downloaded the software

ok already have the latest updates. i noticed the serial number on the comp box and the serial number in the cs product info are different i gave edge the number on the box. should these be different?

Comp Box? Do you have a Comp, and a CS Insight? Or is it an Edge Juice with Attitude CS?

sorry its and ejwa. but i will say i bought it used as an ejwa and it did come with all edge boxes.
