Default Starting problems

The other day i went to go start the truck and it would crank but wouldn't start. The next day i went to go try it again and it wouldn't even crank over. Try to jump it also and nothing. The lights and everything are working. I've been told it could be the glow plugs but im not sure.

Our trucks do not have glow plugs, they have a grid heater. Test the batteries then go from there.

So I waa right. The mechanic was telling me I was wrong and they're called glow plugs. Haha thanks. I forgot to mention the battiers were replaced with new ones the first time I took it in. I took it to the dodge dealership today. So hopefully they will figure it out this time.

They just called and told me it's the starter
