I've got some core injectors that are known good you could try. Or you could switch injector 1 and 2 (or any other for that matter) and see if the misfire moves. I don't put much faith in a company that takes your pump and puts it back on the bench. Most all companies would just send you a new pump. If internals are good, which a misfire caused by mechanicals will typically cause low compression we're limited to a bad pump or injector. Connector tube would cause a hard start or fill the crankcase with fuel. What company is rebuilding the pump? Are they bosch certified?

Here is how you test you pump take off the #1 feed line take it with you to the hardware store and you cobble up a pressure gauge that can read up to 20,000 psi or at least the highest you can find and you install it on the number one port on the vp and see if its get pressure on the run cycle

That I know of there are only 6 test benches for these pumps in the US.
Motive, jasper, mwfi, industrial, ofi & dfirc.
If it didn't come from the above there's a slight chance they don't even own a bench capable of testing the pump.

Not sure, but I'm pretty positive that it was determined a while back their pump was no different than any of the others and there were rumors that mwfi built their pumps. Have no clue though. A little high for a pump that will likely offer the same life span as any other. Great marketing ploy though!
