Luke,
I'm wondering what injectors you had in there then? My problem is is I set it like Mopar has said I get way too much smoke.

ive got the same problem, in level 4, i smoke like crazy if i barely touch the pedal, but im staying in level 4 to see if it helps. also i found plugging the truck in while parks(even in the summer) i get much better mileage, upwards of 2mpg gain!.

I'm still stock and use to get 18 to 19 MPG on the road, since I put a topper on it I can't get over 15 mpg, I use to get 14 mpg pulling a 16ft foot trailer with 8000 pounds in it at 70 mph.

Seems to be running fine, but haven't pulled a heavy load in a long time, but I have been in the mountains, I figured I should have worked it enough, maybe I need to grab my brother travel trailer and pull it up the road for a few hours to clean it up.

I get anywhere from 20-23 MPG. Mine is a 00 2500 2wd QCLB. Way better than what I got out of my Z71.

You should probably see around 20 with everything stock. I have 33" tires and on a long trip I can average 27 depending how I drive.
