where to check temp. of Transmission

Default where to check temp. of Transmission
If I want to check the trans temperature against the gage I have, where is the best place to aim the non contact laser point temperature gage to get the trans temp. thanks ED

hey ed, it would read different on the outside compaired to the fluid inside. where is your sensor at?

I will have to crawl under but I believe it is up toward the top above the pan.
