P1693 - Code cleared in JTEC module
P0252 - Injection Pump Fuel Valve Stuck
P0253 - Fuel Injection Pump Fuel Valve Stuck
P0254 - Fuel Injection Pump Fuel Valve Current Too High

You might try and clear the codes and see if they come back. However, The 0252 is generally a code for a bad VP44.

Alright, Im going to reset them hopefully tomorow. I did some investigatin and goin three wires on the vp crimpe pretty badly. And one was tapped with a small piece of wire showing I assume where the chip was in before I bought it. Is there any chance the wires could cause this?

Possibly. You might solder them and try clearing the codes.

Alright, the engine light shut itself off, truck is running like a champ again, but the codes are still showing up. I'm starting to think the wires had a role in this?

The CEL will shut off and clear the codes itself after 40 cold to hot cycles.
