was thinkin of strait pipin' my cummins 2500, just curious about egt's and if it would improve the truck or not (power/torque). and legal?>?? thanks guys

Egts, should go down or at least not go up any. Depends on where you live depends alot of whats legal or not.

I put 5" straight pipe on min and the EGT's went down drastically, Its definately louder but i love the sound. Well worth it jmo.

Running a 4 inch downpipe to 5 inch straight pipe to a 6 inch stack as a tip, if you wanna shake the neighbors window paynes i say go with the 5 inch. I like my egts as low as i can get em!
