Fuel PSI bounces all over
I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9 24v Cummins and i have a Edge Juice with Attitude on it and the fuel psi gauge keeps bouncing all over the place, it will go from 0 all the way to 40. I replaced the water separator and about to replace the fuel filter on the FASS Titanium 150 fuel system on it. And the weird thing is the truck runs just fine. So i dont know if its the chip, sensor, lift pump, or something else. The pump was put on brand new back in August too.

I was going to take a picture, but its located on fuel line on left side of motor. Its located on a brass piece that is on fuel line. I can take a picture tomorrow and post it. and its not a pulse it just either stays on 0 or anywhere from 1-8 then at one point it will be 16-18 then in the 20s then 40 sometime.

Its a fuel pick up, you drill a hole in the top of the tank and install the straw/manifold assy. The fass pulls fuel from this piece. on a 150 gph its pretty much something you have to use. If its an early fass itll have a clear billet manifold that the straw connects to. On late fass youll have a red billet manifold that has two ports, one for pickup and one for return.
