Fuel PSI bounces all over

This is a snubber hose, a grease gun hose. Make sure that there is at least a 90* bend in it to reduce the bouncing(water hammer).Name:  snubberhose.jpg

ohhhhh ok, i have no idea what it would have. not totally sure how old/new it is. ik the pump is 8 months old.

and what exactly would i use a snubber hose for? srry kinda late and im a bit confused. srry!

The snubber is used to isolate the fuel pressure sending sensor from the violent 'water hammer' of the VP 44. This saves the sensor, it also reduces the bouncing of the needle.
