Yes, a S.O. will work on a H.O, but a H.O. won't work on a S.O. motor

 

h.o. pump will work on a s.o. motor

 

SO in an HO may have a code, having a programmer helps to pick up lost timing.

No penalty for going from an HO to an SO when you buy from us.

 

if i had a problem with my vp44, the reason i think i would want to replace with the so vp is because it puts out a higher volume of fuel than the ho pump. someone correct me if i am headed in the wrong direction here
