Default Fuel Pressure

This is going to sound weird since most topics I have seen are about low fuel pressure. I am running 25-30 psi at idle and around 22 wot! Is this bad? I was told it could be the relief valve on my airdog but I am new to diesels and I am not even sure how to get to the relief valve................ Suggestions ?

You too high in pressure I would re-adjust so the max pressure is 19-20 PSI tops. Running high pressure is not suggest and it possible to blow the front pump seal.

14-20 PSI is what I suggest...

The regulator spring is in the return line. You'll need to pull loose the return line, unscrew the fitting from block, The spring and ball are behind that.
