If done right with a new HO head the hrvp should flow more fuel (5% or so ). That being said I woukdtake the approx $500 more that it would cost on a hrvp and spend it some where else. (injectors, cam, water meth, nitrous, towards a turbo, or just for extra fuel to drive aggressively with.) Why dump $ on a part you know will fail?
