I dont think anything really needs to be done other than tap into the parking light wire to get the led's and halos to work. They were on the truck when I got it. I like them, they are good sturdy ones and some guys complain about fitment issues but mine fit just like stock.

The guys that upgrade to them from stockers say they are way better. As for me I went from a truck that had hid's to this truck which just had normal halogens in them so they werent bright enough for me. I put hid's into them and its much better but like I said thats what I was used to. It would be like towing 8k with my truck then jumping into a v8 and towing it, Wouldnt be up to my standards.

If you are going to go with HIDs, which I suggest, then you really need to do projectors in stead of reflector housings. Not only for less beam scatter but it helps to NOT blind oncoming traffic.

All a projector is, is a lens that shapes the light.

Thanks again. Ok...ready to buy them. I contacted them for more info, four times by phone, couldn't get thru. twice by email - nada. I'm still interested though, but would like more info...my main question, what is the best headlight they offer? Is it the projector CCFL Halos? Any advantages or disadvantages for the other models they offer...? Is it just price vs performance or what...?
