well if you beat me to it let me know how your build goes bud. we are welding up a spare manifold we have laying around, and making a new intercooler pipe. picking up my he351ve this sunday, found a smokin deal on craigslist thats near my house. now just need head studs, 150 hp injectors and the hx40 downpipe. and eventually fleece controller of course

I just had a code reader on my truck and I had the code P0234, Turbo overboost condition..
what would have caused this?
All I have is in 4" TBE, K&N drop in, silencer ring gone, Raptor lift pump and a stack I'm waiting to put on..

i will sir, we are going to start working on mine as soon as my friend welds the t4i flange on and when the gasket and hx40 down pipe are shipped, and exhaust wrap for the downpipe

Mine is stock getting around 23 or so thats what it rated for,check for leaks,wastegate sticking open a little,manifold cover gasket leaking a little?

Alright I got my edge comp back, and installed. I'm only seeing 17lbs of boost max. So definitely got a leak somewhere. going to Lowes here soon to get my parts needed to make a pressure checker.

How do you check the waste gate for sticking issues. And where to get the parts to fix it, if that is the problem.

i have a boost elbow, and quadzilla boost fooler.... average boost at spool is 27-29, sometimes higher, sometimes lower

Stock HX35, Edge Comp on 5x5, and towing my 31' RV. I can tap the 35 PSI pin.

While you're at Lowes you might go ahead and get a turnbuckle to keep the waste gate closed.
