i think ive got a bad apps on a 99 cummins. it only gives me half throttle and will it hurt anything if i drive it with it bad?

 

Try resetting it. disconnect and clean battery terminals then hook them back up, turn the key to the run position, do not start the truck. Slowly push the acceleration pedal to the floor and slowly let off. This worked when mine was acting up.

 

i tried that ,it hasnt worked. i just dont wanna screw up the injector pump. just wanted to see if i drove it the ay it is if it wouldnt hurt anything?
