Default Check Engine Light

Checked and cleaned battery connections, cleared all the codes. Truck ran great, checked for new codes and found PO-382 Intake air heater relay 2 control.

Good stuff. I would keep running it, see if the codes come back. I wouldn't worry too much about the P0382 unless you start having problems with it starting in cold weather.

Default Check Engine Light

Truck started acting up again, took it to the dealer. They said the whole bellcrank assembly had to be replaced,$ 850.00.

Would you ever think that the bellcrank assembly would cause all of that ???

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

They seem to think that was the whole problem.

I mean, weirder things have happened. If it were me, I would get a second opinion. Take it to somewhere near you that specializes in diesels and get their input.

Truck is done the replaced the bellcrank assembly and TPS, came as one unit. The truck seems to run fine. I am thinking about putting on a Fass fuel system next.
