No boost leaks changed apps no change still no codes could the turbo be to big?

A quick Google search looks like its a big turbo. Capable of making 700HP. Does boost get any better holding the pedal right to the floor, high RPM?

It's not even boost I cant get Otto rev past 2000 at a stand still

Have you looked to see if you have any water in the oil? Seems to me that it could possibly maybe could be a head gasket failure. Would explain low boost, high heat, and the no power. Just a thought.
