P0237 is the only code you have gotten?

Have you pulled up Boost, APPS position, RPM, and fuel PSI on the monitor while driving and compared them to when it happens?

I can't even drive the thing mayb 40 kph it gets hot won't rev up pass 2 grand at stand still or moving cleaned map and iac could it be bad ECM?

Not over heating just starting to get hot creeping over 90

90 thats cold!!!!
In Fahrenheit, yes. There are other units of measurements used outside of the US. In Celsius, that is operating temp. 90*C is 194*f.

Also check your boots for leaks or rupture (major boost leak) or wastegate failure. Just tossing it out there......
