Default Oil leak part duce

So I didnt want to steal the other fellas thread but I have some oil issues on my 99 dodge as well, I know the vaccum pump oil line is leaking pretty bad and am not sure how to fix that. The guy who did the tranny in it said there was a gasket on the block leaking that was a 6 hour repair which I am not seeing it. It is all on the front driverside and back soaked. Way more than the just normal cummins leak. Any suggestions??

Are you sure it's the oil line. My vacum pump seal was leakin when I bought my truck and it had soaked the whole driverside.

It is drippin pretty steady off the line but maybe the seal I will look it over again, is there a seal where the pump and powersteering join or is that seal up front? Thanks again

It's where they join, I think geno's has a reseal kit or check Gould gear and electric.

If you have a local car wash with a engine wash or low pressure wash, you can clean off the engine. If it is leaking as bad as you say, the leak will show itself by the time you drive out of the wash bay and get parked out side.

I also had a shaft seal leak between the vac pump and power steering pump.
