I completely cover the radiator, and use my head when I need to. When things get warm, fold the cardboard in half or remove it. No nee to over engineer things, just don't be stupid!

Hi, I run a piece of coroplast between the inter cooler and the rad. That way the inter cooler stays cold and the rad gets warm.
