may be your a/c clutch cycling. try just heat on floor and see if it stops?

How loud, and from what area? A/C will run on every position except vent only.

It's loud enough to clearly hear at idle and low rpms standing outside the truck you can't miss it about every 45 seconds it sounds to becoming from lower left side of engine but it is hard to tell because my truck is very loud

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

I have a drop off pipe behind the passenger side so very hard to pick up on where noises are cummin from

Sounds like A/C clutch being every 45 seconds, but its on the right/Passenger side. Try turning the blower motor off, and listening again. If it goes away, it's likely your A/C clutch.
