i have a furniture biz and we have gooseneck trailers we pull with the dodge cummins 96-99, the auto trans on all three trucks struggle with heavy loads but my 99 5 speed has no problems, anybody got suggestions on how to beef up the auto trans on 96-99 2500 rams?

 

3 disk torque converter, beefed up valve body with a shift kit, better clutches probably forgetting some other things but that will get you started. If you have a local transmission shop around give them a call and they can get you started
