Looking to put some front bearings on my 02 2wd Cummins... Any tips to share would be great! Ive done it before but it was on my 75 k10 4x4 I figured this would be a little different...Maybe size for the axle nut on the 2wd?? Please shed some light!

 

Do some checking on the web - there is a 2001 Dodge Ram Pickup Shop Manual (PDF file - about 80 Megs) that you can download ....text searchable. For basic jobs such as changing wheel bearings - the shop manual is an excellent place to start.

They can be quite the pain in the butt on these trucks. They can get pretty stuck on the steering knuckle.... A BIG hammer, or slide hammer are usually needed
