I will be geting a new lift pump for my truck shortly. prob a fass titanium 150. now my dad has a shop and i use it all the time. rebulit with him my own 77gmc pickup in there from the ground up. but thats a gas truck. haha. so i do know how to turn a wrench or two. but its not like im a certified mechanic. and this is my first diesel truck. i was thinking of having my loacal diesel shop just do it but im not really into paying so much for labour when i could probably do it. i mean if i did get them to do it it would be done perfect though.

SO CAN ANYONE GIVE ME A SIMPLE KIND OF STEP BY STEP OF AN INSTALL ON A UNIT LIKE THIS??? tips tricks? or just go with the diesel shop?

It was a breeze on my truck, same as yours, and i used a video on youtube...ill see if i can find the link but it was step-by step and HD and well detailed.

I am a computer nerd at heart but love the country...so ive placed a full mobile tv and connected it via my network to play the video in my garage. I love it.

thoroughbreddiesel has a channel on youtube and i got the AirDog but i cant imagine much of a difference

 

Its simple man, go buy it look inside and youll be like oh okay I get it. Its not hard.

 

i did the raptor150 and im not at all experienced. but... take your time and if you need help, hop on here and i would put money that someone will help you out just ask.

Fass - Fuel Air Separation System

 

I wanted to grab the fass P D08 150G but had to replace mine with something less expensive for now. I documented my install and it only cost me around $130 all said and done. Will be replacing it this winter.
