Anyone have any thoughts on the Scott's metal mesh oil filters? Just shopping them around and not too familiar with them. Any good bad or ugly.

 

I haven't had any experience with them, but it is an interesting concept. If serviced properly, it could save a lot of money on filters. Personally, I'm not sure if they filter as well as a well proven pleated media filter.
