Default Brake Calipers?

Alright here is my question. I have a 2002 Dodge 2500 4x4 and I need to replace my brake pads. I pulled the tires and wheels off to inspect them I noticed that the inner pad is very worn and the outer looks to have no wear on it all. But it is this way on all 4 corners of the truck. Every set of pads is wearing the same way, the inner is obviously being used while the outer looks like its in great shape. Could there be a problem in the calipers and how is it that they are all doing the same thing?

Thanks

SLide pins are probably all rusty and not letting caliper move back away from the rotor.

I agree. When you do the brakes, make sure to clean and grease the pins with a high quality brake grease and you should be good.
