Default Throttle pin/fuel pin

Okay so I put my governor spring in and fuel pin now my truck won't idle. You have to push the pedal to the floor for it to idle. And when I looked in where the fuel pin goes and the throttle pin goes in when I push the throttle and when I release it, it doesn't go back so it just stays in where the fuel pin goes. So could that be my problem?

Your throttle index is off a spline. You have to get it back on the right one to idle properly. Mine is 2nd line up from the right (towards firewall).
