i think you ment lb ft of torque

he is right tho about the 6.7 i would do all of the deletes as well which if you used an early 6.7 ie a 07-09 then your best bet would be EFI Live. that would allow you to do all of the deletes as well as turn off some more of the DTCs which could put the ecm in a limp mode from missing sensors and such. none of the other "programers" out there will allow you to do this.

the zeus is a standalone so no programer or tuner can be put on it but it comes with its own efi like tuning software so that you can write your own tune.

you have to do your own programing with the zeus and very few people have any experiance with them

They sound good if you are building a high hp pulling truck or drag truck, I mostly see the stock ECU's working at a dealer, and most off them are programmers after doing a egr and dpf delete.

Yeah I probably won't go with a Zeuss, I'm just going to go with a 6.7L out of a 2010 and up truck and use the stock ecm and wiring so it will be as though the motor was originally put in the truck. I'm then going to do all the deletes and put an H&S on it. I have a complete wiring diagram on my computer for the 1st gen dodge and the newer 2010 and up ones so I should be able to wire it up pretty easy gauges and all.

Hopefully.

i would use the older 07.5-09 engine and ecm...alot easier as far as turning stuff off man. efi will be alot better then the h&s for your application

Oh you think so? Wasn't to sure about all that stuff like which years would be better.

What I will more than likely do is buy a wrecked truck.
Rob the motor, tranny, T-case, and ECM and wiring from it.
Then sell the truck back to a salvage yard to get some money back out of it.
Then strip the turbo, Injector pump and injectors and all the little stuff off of the motor then trade the block off as a core for a rebuilt one.
Then if the tranny is good i'll keep it and just have it rebuilt with suncoast parts and other goodies.
Then attempt to wire in the 1st gen wiring harness into the one from the loaner truck and wire in the ECM and utilizing the 1st gen guage cluster and I'll more than likely use a whole new fuse box and everything and redo ALL the wiring on the truck
Then use some kind of programmer and do all the deletes and probably use a bigger turbo and better exhaust manifold and custom radiator and intercooler and also go with a meth injection system on top of all that.

The trucks going to be a 93 W250 ext cab long bed and lift it then do a 4 link and 3:55 rear end then paint the truck all white with bushwacker fender flares and paint them and the mirrors, grille, bumpers and door handles all white to match the truck and black 20's with 34's, tint windows, then redo all the interior black with low rider leather low back air ride seats that go in semi's (we have a trucking company that hauls cattle we have some in our trucks) the seats are $900 a peice. then do custom rear bench seat and center console.

This is my dream truck and i'm finally getting to build it!!!

I'll post a thread about the build when I get started!

But I just found a 1985 Dodge 3/4 ton 4 door long bed i might use instead of the ext cab but not sure yet.

What yall think?
