Hi I have a 1993 dodge cummins it's 4x4 and automatic right now. I have a 5 speed swap to a get trag but I have not put it in yet I'm wondering if the automatic transfercase is the same as the manual transfercase? And when I put an nv4500 in the truck when I can afford one I want to know if my transfer case will work for that too. Thank you mike

 

Sorry dude, the autos have a 23 spline output and the sticks have a 29 spline output so your auto t case will not fit the getrag, the good news is that a 23 spline np205 is worth around $400 freaking bucks if you need to sell it. If you can find an nv4500 out of a gas truck it will have thea 23 spline output that will fit your auto t case. You will also need the adapter off the second gen engine to fit an nv4500.
