Default how can i tell if my truck is lifted?

Im in the market for new front leaf springs cuz mine are saggin, and im not sure if my truck has been lifted or not. Compared to some other 1st gens it sits the same, but others sit lower, and my buddys ford with a 4 inch lift sits the same height. So i guess the only way to tell would be to measure the blocks in the rear right?

Your 90 should have 3" rear blocks on it. and the front leafs should be flat from stock.

Fyi skyjacker makes a leveling spring for the front, part #D200cs. The c in the # is for cummins and the s is for soft ride. I just picked up a set for auto parts warehouse for $394 and free shipping. That price included a set of polyurethane bushings I added to the order.
