Default Pulling the cab

Ok I know this is gonna sound like newbie but I'm trying to pull the cab on my 93 and the the bolts just set there and turn and don't seem to back out am I missing something simple here

Gotta hold the nut at the other end. They r not welded or blocked in place

Mine were "blocked" they were free and slid but didn't spin. Slid as designed; if they have been altered then yes you will more than likely need to hold it in place. Plastic caps plug the access holes in the floor
