6 speed swap

I have a 93 cummins with a 5 spd manual and I've been playing with the idea of putting in a 6 speed how hard is it and is it worth the work?

change the engine plate, the flywheel/clutch, do something with the crossmember and the tcase linkage

Who needs drive shafts? Stretch the one and bend the other one so it's "wedged" between the axle and trans.

sounds like everyone has it covered for ya, might run Into issues with the slave cylinder, I don't know if the fluid displacement would be the same between the two which could lead to a dragging clutch even when the pedal is depressed.
