there is a 60mm intake wheel and housing upgrade, runs about 250. I think Pure diesel power sells them among others. The problem is, for a little more you can get a better used turbo. If you have the 21cm^ exhaust housing, I wouldn't even mess with it. By the time you buy the smaller housing ($200) and the upgraded compressor wheel and housing (250) you could have bought a used HX35 or 351

I've had HX35's on 3 different trucks, don't like them for towing.

however i now have a 60mm with a 16cm housing on the exaust side and love it.
with the mods in my sig i feel like i'm in the 300-350hp range and can tow anything i hook to it with a max wide open EGT of 1250*

Depends on your fueling and what you want to use the truck for.

As far as the wheel goes, I think stock is 54mm

If your talkin about the 5 spd truck i would go with the 14, unless your gonna tow then the 16.

the smaller the exaust housing the quicker it will spool ......but.....also the smaller the hotter the EGT's will run when towing.
