hey guys, im looking into replacing my stock 3speed with od for a nv4500. i have that part figured out but i need help with the transfer case and front axle. i have been told a np205 will work for a transfer case with no mods. idk if thats true or not and idk what determines if it will work or not?

my second problem is idk what i need to be looking for for a front axle. i was told a dana 60 but i have found 4 and they all have different gears. so, i want to build my truck to about 400 hp eventually and i pull a 7*10 enclosed trailer almost every weekend with minor hills mostly flat ground loaded with a couple bikes a quad and some gear so it probably only weighs a few thousand pounds so, what should i be looking for for an axle and for a trans case? and i will have an auto tranny for sale after this is all said and done. it shifts fine and doesent slip whats it worth?

go for the factory dana 60 from these trucks they have the king pins and are probably the most favored out of the heavy duty trucks!
