Default 2wd to 4wd

How hard is it to convert a 2wd Cummins to a 4wd do they make conversion kits or is there even anything like that

It can be done. I think there are kits, but i don't know where to find them.
Basically i think the front axle, bell housing,and the transmission needs adapted also.

Don't know where you are at but i have all the parts to convert one, there are some pain in the butt things that you will need to do but if you have time and skill it can be done.nothing has to be done with the bell housing but the trans back half will need to be changed to 4x4 or swap the whole trans and transfer case. will be much easier and cheaper to just sell what you have and buy a 4x4.
