Back your full fuel screw out or get a dremel and grind a wee bit off

Just use a small chissel to break the nut lose then it should turn pretty easy.

could probly loosen up the inj pump and turn away from the head to get to the jam nut easier and idle rod. if nothin will move then just cut the rod back to where you need it and turn the fuel skrew in more if you need to bring the idle back up.

On the right day with a little bit of patience you can fish a 12" extension with a swivel and flat apex behind the pump to get it turned.

I was looking at this the other day for easier access to the idle adjustment:

Default Thanks again

Made the wrench last night -- When I go to adjust it do I turn it clock wise or counter clockwise to bring up the idle? (I am asking like I am sitting in the drivers seat perspective)?

I found wrench to be a waste of time -- I couldn't get it to purchase -- reheated it a couple of times to try different angles.
Some pb blaster and One light tap with a chisel -- done.
