18'' Billet Wheels (Full set)

going to pick these up today and the guy said they have too small of center holes to fit over the hubs of the truck so i was wondering if it would be safe to bore it out on a lathe to fit my hubs?

thanks got them and theres a 1/8th inch plate and would you happen to know the model of the rims

 

still havent gotten them on i drilled the centers out 4-1/2 inches and need to go another 1/8th to 1/4 inch so i was wondering if anyone knows how big the center bore has to be? dont want to take off too much they are hub centric wheels
