i found this
90 Amp Flux Wire Welder at harbor freight will this be big enough for it or what size should i get. or should i get a tig welder if so what size. i have just wanna weld my stock dp to a adapter then my adapter to my stack pipe under the bed.

I'm a big fan of stainless band clamps myself but if your looking for an excuse to buy a mig welder I have a Lincoln 120v mig flux core that I love

ok if i use the bands. what kind of adapter should i get i will be using my old dp its 3'' so i got a 3''OD-4''OD will that work with a band on it.

Yep my dp is 4" then I have a 4-5" all band clamped and my welder was around 250

thanks man you have been a big help. do you really like your stacks. i know there are some um and downs having a stack. but i really cant wait to put this thing on its gonna be sweet.

im going to rinkydink a set of stacks on for cheap but i dont know where to start probably get them at a semi junkyard and get adapters and claps and y pipe at a loves station but i want one of the trick covers for the y pipe and the lower sections in the bed

i got an 8'' single stack that i custom built and i love it i used a sawsall to cut the hole and it went through the bed rail to, not the ugliest hole but not the prettiest ,
