In what scenario would it benefit me to run this Turbo? Garrett GT3271

Any input would help.

It is going on my new project: '91 W250

What are the specs on the turbo and what are your plans for the truck?

She's pretty much stock except for the pump turned up. My goals are 500 rwhp +\-
