93 cummins wont charge

i have put a new alternator on the truck but still only charging 11.23 volts. i also have no speedo is it possible the ecm in the driver fender is bad

sent ya a pm. sounds like ur pcm is gone. U can use a external voltage regulator. It must be a 5sp truck, cause if it was an auto. your o.d wouldnt work.

What about the crank sensor?

You can check the gap. But in my dealings its always been the pcm 5-1 to a crank sensor!

yeea i had that same problem chekc your battery your terminals make sure your getting a good connection and check that voltage regulator cause thats what ended up being the problem for me
