Default electric fans question

I read through the sticky post about converting to electric fans and I've wanted to do this for a while now so I got the fans but I want to use a wet coolant temp switch that completes the circut at 195 F and off at 185F but I cant find a switch can anyone give a part number or put me in the right direction to find one that will work
