Yes it does. if you pull the oring itll let pressure past but with the wastegate inop no need

I actually think the injector puller is from tork tek and buying it directly from them would be cheaper. A few bucks saved

Yep, that's the one. Few extra bucks and you can get the washer/nut for 2nd gen injectors as well.
