i was wondering where you had your fuel pressure gauge hooked up to? i was thinking maybe my pump is draining it down to 0 so im gonna go get one

I used the tapped banjo for a 98+ in the outlet side of the filter head ill get a pic of it

For a bleeder yes. This is made to limit flow to the gauge to keep the needle from jumping if running a mechanical gauge

That plug blocks off charge air to that little nipple for the wastegate doesn't it? But technically; if you still wanted the wastegate to work you could just remove the first o-ring I assume
