Default heater core going down?

pickup blows very slowly and only through the defrost vents barely blows at idle but at highway speed really pushes air. blew out intake vents and cab vents with compressed air trying to clean it out whats goin on?

I would say you have a vacuum leak.

Truck have ac or no? Ac condenser fins could be plugging up too. Vacuum leak is worth looking into too.
