Default rear differential question

I grenaded the rear end in my 93 and a friend has a 2001 dodge cummins that he wrecked and only wants 400 dollars for the rear end my question is will this rear end work in my 93? If not why? Thanks for any help.

Close enough my 93 is a two wheel drive so it doesn't matter. Sorry I haven't updated my signature since I bought this pickup.

Just FYI I got the rear end put in my pickup it took some slight modifications to make it work but it will work and its a heavier rear end.
