battery trouble?

turnes out the voltage regulator is bad so it over charged the battery and fried it so now i need to find a volt regulator and its $180 for a new battery but thats a cat battery im sure it would be a little cheaper if i was just replacing it with the same battery

ya using my work discount it came out to $115 for the biggest most bad a## battery they could put in there without harming/modefying anything and i found a voltage reg for $10 on ebay from an ebay store and napa wanted $75 dollars for the exact same part i love ebay
