Default what is wrong PLEASE HELP!!!

I was driving the truck today and noticed that it has no power over 2500rpm and sounds like it was being held back and it was the loudest i ever heard the truck. i just last week retuned the star wheel and i have a feeling its too much air against my stock injectors, but i could deffinately be wrong. someone please help me i dont know if i will keep driving it like this and need the truck!!

Do you still have the stock gov spring? If so your truck is behaving normally. The pump starts to defuel around 23-2500. Nothing wrong with it, thats just how it was designed.
