Hey man, you can make fusible links easily. Get some wire, wire crimpers, two terminal crimp connectors (which you can fit a maxi fuse on... so big enough), and your maxi fuse. Wham! there you have it. But just grab a multimeter or test light, see if you have power going to the motor if you don't it's probably your wiring. If you do check for ground, if you have a reliable ground, it's your motors. Which is not probable since they both went out at the same time, unless you have bad luck. As well check the listing of all fuses, because sometimes windows or just random accessories can share fuses. [Example: stop light, ignition and windows can share the same fuse] so read through all the fuses.

If not the fusible link then check the actual switch...its not too terrible to take apart....I've had the same problem with mine and i had to solder the ground pin to make a better connection....has been working good so far
