Hey that is a good question my front end sags real bad i have talked to a few people and i have decided that i need new leafs and shocks. But other ideas would be nice. Just waiting for a little extra spending money before i tear into it.

I just did my shocks(front and rear) Its a cheap and easy thing to do. I got em from O'reillys auto parts they have a great selection and its not to expensive.

I was looking at Bilstein shocks to replace mine this fall. Geno's has them Shock Absorbers-Dodge Cummins Diesel Truck Accessories – Geno’s Garage A little pricey but they are supposed to make a big difference.

Like all the rest, I see good and bad reviews.... TheDieselPage.com - Bilstein Shocks - Product Review

At the end of the day, I think I'll try them.
